FAQ & troubleshooting
Miner is offline
Check power, network cable and that the pool URL/port match the CONNECT page. Some miners need a reboot after changing pools.
Invalid address
Use a Litecoin address (starts with ltc1, L, M or 3). Do not use a DOGE or other coin address as the worker name.
Rejected shares
A few percent of stale or rejected shares is normal. Consistently high rates usually mean a bad network connection or a wrong difficulty setting.
Pool is not showing my miner
Statistics update every few seconds to minutes. Look up the exact address you used in the worker name; check for typos.
How merged mining works
One Scrypt hash can satisfy Litecoin and several compatible auxiliary chains at once. See the ABOUT page.
Why isn't coin X available?
A coin is only enabled after the operator has verified that it is active, uses AuxPoW with Litecoin as the parent, and does not clash with other enabled coins.
